“Wow, he is standing up and can walk with a cane!”
This is a stroke patient who was brought by his family to our clinic on August 2nd in wheel chair. 2 months after the initial stroke, in which he seeked other treatment but had little improvement. When he entered our clinic’s door, he was in a wheelchair and his left side was swollen and cannot feel anything.
After one month treatments by acupuncture and herbal tea, now he can stand up from chair and walk himself with a cane!
How exciting it is for him, for his family, and for all of us to see that he can stand up and walk with only one month of treatment with us.
Before they came, they asked a lot of questions because they doubted. We assured them Acupuncture has thousands of years of history, and countless people have gotten benefit from acupuncture. Now it is their turn to experience it!
The golden treatment period for a stroke patient is the first 3 months. This time we made a treatment plan immediately and suggested 3 treatments a week, which is somewhat intense, as 2 months have already passed. Fortunately, the patient and his family members understand and follow the treatment plan well, which are very essential.
